Press Conference in Kyle Monday

Landowners and government officials from the City of Kyle and Hays County will hold a press conference Monday to release the details of their lawsuit against Kinder Morgan and the Texas Railroad Commission.

City and county officials voted on Tuesday to join local landowners and advocates as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which seeks to create a process for the oversight of oil and gas pipeline routing.

Any and all landowners are welcome to attend and stand with TREAD Coalition for the press conference.

 Speakers will include:
• Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell
• Member of Hays County Commissioners Court
• TREAD Coalition representative
• Landowner/plaintiff

Kyle City Hall, 100 N. Front Street, Kyle, TX 78640

If you’re able, please go to Kyle on Monday morning and stand with the plaintiffs at the press conference to show your support. There really is strength in numbers.

And perhaps our Blanco County officials will see that opposition to Kinder Morgan running their pipeline through the Hill Country gets a lot of support from constituents.

And we have elections coming up in 2020.

Let’s make it perfectly clear. We can’t stop the pipeline but ,in numbers, we can bend the route south out of the Hill Country protecting the wonderful resources. Please get behind STP

Bob, I get where you’re coming from, and I’d encourage you to vote your VALUES rather than for red or blue.
After all, scoundrels come in all colors.
